This feature is located in the "Advanced Options" section. Please refer to the section "Creating/Editing a Click to Call button".
- Scroll down to locate and activate the following option :
Please note that if you want to record your calls, you are required to play a specific audio message prior the dialogue for both parties (see section Audio Message for more information).
- To access your call recording, go to "Reports" (1), then click on "Customize Report" (2). From the new Panel, click on "Add a panel" (3), add "Call details" to the list (4) and hit "Save".
A new Panel has now been added to your Report page. Scroll down to see the following new section :
To download your recorded calls, just click on the save logo in the "Recording" section.
