1. This feature is located in the "Advanced Options" section. Please refer to the section "Creating/Editing a Click to Call button".

  2. Scroll down to locate and activate the following option :



Please note that if you want to record your calls, you are required to play a specific audio message prior the dialogue for both parties (see section Audio Message for more information).

  1. To access your call recording, go to "Reports" (1), then click on "Customize Report" (2). From the new Panel, click on "Add a panel" (3), add "Call details" to the list (4) and hit "Save".



  • A new Panel has now been added to your Report page. Scroll down to see the following new section :

  • To download your recorded calls, just click on the save logo in the "Recording" section.
