Access the "Reports" section in your Dashboard (see "Getting Started with the Analytics" located in the "Analytics" folder for more information).


This section describes the graphs that are common to all the Agendize buttons.


Summary

  1. The Panel "Summary" is added by default to your report page. If not you can still find in the "Customize Report" button.

  2. You will see the following section :

    Those numbers give you an overview of the use of your button for the period of time you have selected compared to "All Time" (right panel).
    Total Engagements is the total of actions from your clients that were processed successfully. 


Buttons Included

  1. Add the new Panel "Buttons Included" to your current Report page.

  2. Scroll down until you see the following new section:



    This section is only for you to verify which buttons you have included in the current report.

Engagement per day of week

  1. Add the new Panel "Engagement per day of week" to your current Report page.

  2. Scroll down until you see the following new graph :



    This diagram shows how many "engagements" you have each day of the week. Note that an engagement means that the client was able to reach you and the process went fine.
    It can be helpful to see in a glance which days of the week you get more actions. 


Engagement per hour of day

  1. Add the new Panel "Engagement per hour of day" to your current Report page.

  2. Scroll down until you see the following new graph :


    This diagram shows your activity based of the time of the day. For instance in this example, we can see that most of the actions take place between 6 and 7 pm.

Effectiveness by Button Views

  1. Add the new Panel "Effectiveness by Button Views" to your current Report page.

  2. Scroll down until you see the following new section :


    This section allows you to compare the effectiveness of your buttons. "Opened" means that a button has been clicked, but that the client did not go through the process.
    Note that if you create a custom report and if you select only one click to call button for instance, you will see in a glance how many users do not start a call after opening this button.


Total engagement 

  1. Add the new Panel "Total engagement" to your current Report page.

  2. Scroll down until you see the following new graph:


    -The x-axis represents the time line
    -The y-axis represents the number of actions

    This graph represents the number of action you had with on your website for a specific period of time


Collected Information

  1. Add the new Panel "Collected Information" to your current Report page.

  2. Scroll down until you see the following new section:


    E-mail addresses: the list of email address you have collected from your clients.
    Phone Numbers : the number of your client based on the button's name and date of use.
    IM Adress : Instant Messager adress of your clients.
    Chat Sessions : Information about your chat sessions


Engagement by Feature

  1. Add the new Panel "Engagement by Feature" to your current Report page.

  2. Scroll down until you see the following new section:

    This panel describes all your engagements by feature.


Engagement by Localization

  1. Add the new Panel "Engagement by Localization" to your current Report page.

  2. Scroll down until you see the following new section:

    This panel will show you which countries you have received engagements from. You can drag your cursor over a colored country to see how many engagements you have received.
