For everything related to payment with Agendize, you will need to access the "Account Setting" page :




Make sure your billing information is correct (3) before you upgrade (1) or add communication credit to your account (2). Changing your plan will give you access to more or less tools when adding communication credit will allow you to use Click-to-Call and send or receive SMS (for Scheduling or Save&Share)


  1. To upgrade your account, just click on "upgrade" and a new window will open to connect you to a Paypal account.

  2. To add Communication Credit to your account, just click on "Add credits" and a new window will open to connect you to a Paypal account.

    To configure your payment, click on "Configure payment" and a new window will open to connect you to a Paypal account.


NB: Agendize uses Paypal as a payment provider, and if the payment is denied, you will need to contact Paypal directly.
