Adding / Removing Chat operators

The default operator will be the account owner (email address used to create the account). To add additional operators, click on the “New Operator”(1) tab of the Chat Operators section. Enter the email address of the person you wish to add as an operator (you can also add a personal message to the email). Click the “Add a new operator”(2) button and then "Save"(3).
An email will be sent to the address to advise the person that they are now a chat operator on your "Click to Chat" button as well as the steps to create an Agendize account. Once their account created, they can now log in and start answering chat sessions.
To remove a chat operator, click on the chat button you would like to edit. Then in the configuration pannel unselect the operator from the list of available operators. Click on "Save" to save the modification to your button.
