The proactive chat feature gives you the possibility of triggering the chat windows automatically when a visitor has spent a set amount of time on your website.


  1. Check the “Enable Proactive Chat” option.  



  2. Set the delay in seconds before the chat windows automatically opens for new visitors. 



  3. Add a custom message when the chat window opens, welcoming your website visitors. 



  4. You can also set a different delay/custom message to returning visitors.
