The Agendize platform allows you to customize the emails and text messages sent to your customers, staff members and manager.
This can be done by clicking on the link that appears when you have your mouse over the notification description in the Scheduling process page, or by clicking Dashboard, click Settings under the "Appointments" subheading, then click Notifications.
To select which notifications are sent out, check the boxes beside different notifications.
To edit an existing notification, mouse over it and then click Edit Email or Edit Text Message (depending on which you wish to edit. To revert a template to its default content click the red trash can icon on the right (note: this icon will not appear if the notification is in it's default form).
