All completed Dynamic Forms can be easily viewed by navigating to Dashboard and clicking Forms on the left side of the page. The next screen will give you a list of all of the forms that have been completed; from here select any for you wish to view.
Viewing a Form
After selecting a form you can quickly view all the info a client entered. You can also assign all of the fields your customer filled out to fields in a contact in the CRM portion by clicking the icon in the red box below. There are also tools to print the form and download the for to a PDF in the top of the box.
If follow ups are enabled on the right side there will be a box titled "Follow Up" where you can see the current status of that form. You can change the status of the form by clicking icon in the red box below and then clicking one of the statuses that appear in the drop down menu.
The "Notes" field is also located on the right side of the page. Here you can view notes other staff member have left on the form and you can add a note by clicking the icon in the red box below.
Tools From the Forms Dashboard
From the Dashboard view of your completed forms, there are a few useful quick-access tools. Clicking the small clock icon on the right side opens a menu that allows you to quickly update the follow up status of a form.
Clicking the small notepad icon on the right side opens a menu that allows you to leave a not that will be associated with the form and any linked contacts.
Clicking the three dots on the right side opens a small menu that allows you to assign that form to a client in your Contacts, print out that specific form, save the form as a PDF, or delete the form.
