Appointment details


Add the new indicator "Appointment details" in your schedule report 

You will find the indicator at the bottom of the report :

There will be one board by company detailing the appointment type, staff member and client name. 


Note: Only the appointments booked and not canceled before the current date are listed in these boards.

    NB : Here, all the appointments are listed, even if they have been canceled.

Appointments by Staff Member

  1. Add the new indicator "Appointment by Staff Member" in your schedule report
  2. You will find the indicator at the bottom of the report :


This indicator shows the repartition of the appointments between all the staff members.


Appointments by service

This indicator shows the repartition of the appointments between all the different types of services.


Appointments by staff member et services

This indicator shows the repartition of the appointments between all the staff members and the different types of services.


Appointments by Company

This indicator shows the repartition of the appointments between the different companies of the account.


Appointments by Resource

This indicator shows the repartition of the appointments between all the different types of resources.


Appointments by Source

This indicator shows the repartition of the appointments between the different origins :

  • "Widget" means that the appointment has been taken by the external link.
  • "Manual" means that the appointment has been taken by an agent on the Agendize  backoffice with the free mode.
  • "Backoffice" means that the appointment has been taken by an agent on the Agendize backoffice with the widget mode.
  • "API"
  • "Mobile app"


Custom source

You can add the GET parameter "source" in your widget URL as another way to specifically identify the origin of a booking. For example: "fb" for Facebook, or "site" for your website, or “gmb” for Google My Business (please see Scheduling widget: GET parameters & Javascript variables):



Appointments reliability



This indicator shows the status of the appointments

  • Completed
  • Canceled
  • Pending
  • No show
  • Or any custom status
