Ask for user reviews on your Google Business Profile after each appointment

You can choose to send an email or a text-message after each appointment, to collect client feedback. You can choose to collect feedback directly to your Google Business Profile (previously known as Google My Business).


The process is similar for email and SMS.


Edit the customer feedback template

First, open the list of email templates and locate the one for User review emails:



Edit the link of the action button in the email template:


Copy the URL https://search.google.com/local/writereview?placeid= and paste it the input field:



Get the review link to your GMB page 

Open a second tab or browser window and go to the following Google page:

https://developers.google.com/places/place-id


Search for you business, and select it in the list:



Copy the Place ID provided on the map:



Paste this ID at the end of entered URL as button, and save your template:



Enable user feedback in notifications

Enable Customer Feedback either by email or text-message in Settings > Notifications:
