GTM | Customize the backoffice experience of your clients

Google Tag Manager integration in the backoffice

You can use GTM to help customize the experience for your clients. For instance:

  • Add a floating button for your client to schedule a call with your 1st-level support team right from the backoffice ;
  • Display a Take a tour button ;
  • Apply CSS changes on a specific page of the backoffice.

How to integrate GTM into your clients' backoffice

Host a JavaScript file on your server with the following content, including your actual GTM ID:

new Date().getTime(),event:'gtm.js'});var f=d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0],

Then, simply add this JS URL into the White label settings of your reseller console:
