I do not receive emails / my staff does not receive emails

Check your spam. If the emails are not there, go to Settings - Notifications, at the bottom you will find the "Company contact" section. Make sure that the mail in the "Manager email address" is the email you want your notifications sent to. For the staff, their emails are configured in the individual staff page.
