Privacy policy: consents & personal data retention period

Agendize provides data privacy settings to customize the messages of consent prompted to a user either engaging with a business through the Agendize features or subscribing to its marketing communications (email-marketing). When collecting personal data, it is possible to define how long it should be retained within the Agendize platform based on the date of last activity, after which time the data can be set to either be automatically anonymized or deleted altogether from the platform.
