How to choose a sender for emails sent from your account

Please note that if you configure your email sender to reflect your domain name (eg: noreply@mybrand.com), you may want to configure your DNS to make these emails sent from our platform legitimate, to prevent email providers from considering them as spam.

SPF (Sender Policy Framework)

We have specific IP addresses at our email provider to send out emails. Please contact us to ask us the list of IP addresses that are in use. These IP addresses should be declared in your SPF DNS record.

DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail)

Please contact us to get the DNS TXT records to add to your domain name to enable DKIM.
