CRM · Client feedback

You can choose to send an email or a text-message after each appointment, to collect client feedback. You can choose to collect feedback directly to your Google Business Profile (previously known as Google My Business).

The process is similar for email and SMS.

Tip
You can also enter the address of your Google review page in the Google Business Review field of the location profile (website and social networks section), then use the dynamic text {company google_business_review url} as the button link of the customer feedback template. Each location then sends its own review link. The method below, with the Place ID pasted in the template, is still available.

Edit the customer feedback template

First, open the list of email templates and locate the one for User review emails:

Edit the link of the action button in the email template:

Copy the URL https://search.google.com/local/writereview?placeid= and paste it the input field:

Get the review link to your GMB page

Open a second tab or browser window and go to the following Google page:

https://developers.google.com/places/place-id

Search for you business, and select it in the list:

Copy the Place ID provided on the map:

Paste this ID at the end of entered URL as button, and save your template:

Enable user feedback in notifications

Enable Customer Feedback either by email or text-message in Settings > Notifications:
