The Workflows section enables you to automate actions triggered by appointments, CRM activity, forms... and so on.



A workflow is configured with a trigger and an action:


Different types of triggers are available:


Action can be an email, a text message, a CRM tag or a watcher (ie: an API call to a third-party system):
