Tag clients in the CRM
Tags are a powerful organizational tool within the Agendize CRM that help you, at a glance, to identify clients by precise and customizable keywords.
Creating a Tag
To create a tag go to the Contacts section along the top of the page, select a contact, then click the Edit button on the upper right corner of the contact card. Below the "Background" section any existing tags you have will appear, in the field below that you can type in an existing or new tag to be associated with a client; once that is done, click Add Tag.
Searching for a Tag
Once you have assigned a tags you can search for them by going to the Contacts section at the top of the page and either searching for a specific tag in the field at the top that says "search by name, email, phone, or tag" or by clicking on a tag beside a contact.
Merging Tags Together
If at any time you have two tags that need to be combined (duplicate, spelling error, etc.) you can combine them together easily. To merge contacts together navigate to the Contacts section at the top of the page, on the left column select "Settings", then select the tag which you which you wish to have another merged into, then from the drop-down menu below the "Merge" option, select a tag you wish to merge.
Changing a Tag's ColorIf you want to change the color of a tag, navigate to the Contacts section at the top of the page, on the left column select "Settings", select the tag who's color you would like to change, and then click the field below "Color". From there you can select a default color, open a color wheel by clicking the rightmost option, or enter the hexadecimal key for a particular color in the field.
Deleting a TagIf you want to delete a tag, navigate to the Contacts section at the top of the page, on the left column select "Settings", select the tag you wish to get rid of, and then click Delete this tag
