What the backoffice experience may look like for your staff

Here is an example of a role configuration for your business, and how it reflects in the backoffice.

Role: Read

As seen in the example below, this user has only access to his own appointments. He does not have access to settings and additional menus such as ContactsReports, or Installation.

Role: Schedule

As seen in the example below, this user has now access to all staff member appointments. He also has access to Contacts.

Note: You can customize the view of the contacts list. To do so, navigate to Contacts on the top of the page, click Settings on the left of the page, then go to the "Contact List" section.

Role: Administration

As seen in the example below, this user has now access to online booking settings related to the location (she is attached.

If you manage a multi-location business

As seen in the example below, a staff member can be granted access to multiple locations.

Staff Roles - Customization

Staff Roles can all be customized by going to the Settings beneath "Scheduling" on your Dashboard, click General Settings, and scroll down to "Staff Roles". From here you can select each of the roles and check the boxes beside what you would like users to have access to.
