Modified on Thu, 10 Apr at 12:46 PM

Agendize allows you to easily share your events and sessions through a public link.

Depending on your needs, you can choose to share:

  • All available public events from your account or location

  • A specific event

  • A single session

Share the Global Widget (All Events)

Gives access to all upcoming public events in your account or location through a single widget.

Where to find it
Go to Settings > Events > Manage Events and click the Share button in the top-right corner.

Based on your user rights:

  • If you have global rights: you can share all events from the account

  • If you're restricted to a location: you can only share events from that location

Use case: Ideal for embedding on a website, internal portal, or check-in kiosk.

Share a Specific Event

Lets you share a single event, including all its upcoming sessions.

Where to find it

In the Event List, click the three-dot menu next to the event and select Share.

Use case: Promoting a focused event like a webinar, local fair, or open house.

Share a Specific Session

Directly invites users to a particular session of an event.

Where to find it

  • In the Session List, use the three-dot menu next to a session and click Share session

  • OR within an event, in the session table, click the share icon directly in the row

Use case: Great for one-time events like interviews, training sessions, or special appointments.

Available Sharing Methods

No matter which type of link you're sharing, the following options are available:

  • Copy the direct URL

  • Send by email

  • Send by SMS

  • Generate a QR code

  • Embed via iframe (ideal for websites or portals)
