View the session detail panel

Modified on Thu, 10 Apr at 11:34 AM

The session detail panel gives you quick access to all key information about a specific event session — even if you don’t have permission to create or manage events.

Available actions

At the top of the panel, two action buttons are available:

  • Share session: generates a public link to share with clients, partners, or colleagues.

  • Download as CSV: exports the full list of participants, useful for check-ins, planning, or reporting.

Summary (collapsed by default)

This section provides a quick overview of the session’s key details:

  • Event name

  • Location (address or link)

  • Date and time

  • Total capacity and number of registrations

The summary is collapsed by default to give more space to participant management.

Participants

Displayed when at least one participant is registered.
For each person, you’ll see:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

Each participant row includes a three-dot menu allowing you to manage the registration.

? Most notably, you can manually cancel a participant's registration from this menu.

Cancelled registrations

If participants have cancelled their registration — or have been manually removed — they will appear here.
This section helps maintain a clear history and can be useful for follow-ups or no-show tracking.

Waiting list

Only visible if:

  • The waiting list is enabled for the event

  • There is at least one person currently waiting

Each entry includes the person's contact details.
On the right side of each row, you’ll find a “+” button that lets you manually move someone from the waiting list to the main participant list, if a spot becomes available.

? This action is not automatic — it must be done manually by an authorized user.

Speakers / Guests

This section shows up only if one or more people have been assigned as:

  • Speakers (internal users added to the session)

  • Guests (manually invited contacts)

It’s a good way to know who’s involved in delivering or supporting the session.
