When multi-factor authentication (MFA) is active on your account, signing in to Agendize takes one extra step: entering a one-time verification code received by email. This guide walks you through the sign-in flow and what to do if you don't receive the code.
Signing in step by step
- Go to the Agendize sign-in page and enter your email address and password as usual.
- A verification screen appears, and an email containing a one-time code is sent to your address (subject: Verification code).
- Enter the code on the verification screen and confirm.
- You are signed in and land on your dashboard.
Important
Codes expire after 5 minutes. If you wait too long, the code becomes invalid — request a new one rather than retrying the old one.
You didn't receive the code?
- Check your spam / junk folder.
- Use the resend code option on the verification screen to receive a new code.
Common error messages
- Incorrect code. The code you entered does not match — check for typos and try again with the most recent email received.
- Expired code. More than 5 minutes have passed since the code was sent — request a new code and enter it right away.
Locked out?
If you can no longer receive verification codes, contact your account administrator or our support team: they can temporarily unlock your next sign-in so you can update your settings.
